What is the Energy Saving Grant?
The Energy Saving Grant offers a unique opportunity for sports clubs to make energy-saving improvements and save money. Not only will clubs benefit from reduced utility bills, but they’ll also be doing their bit for the environment, too.
These grants will help clubs become more financially sustainable so that they can continue to offer affordable activities to their communities.
This is a significant step towards building a sustainable future for sports clubs in Wales.
So, if you're a club looking to save money while having a positive impact on the planet, this grant is the perfect opportunity for you!
What will we support?
The grant is for not-for-profit sports clubs and community groups looking to make energy-saving improvements to their buildings. The fund will support:
- solar panels
- insulation/building fabrics
- lighting (excluding playing/training floodlights)
- improved heating and hot water systems
- sustainable water sourcing
If you or your club have energy saving solutions or for further information on the items above and how your club can save on their energy bills, please contact us [javascript protected email address].
