Head of Development
Sport and society is changing rapidly. It is vital that the sport of athletics evolves to meet the needs of current and future participants. We are looking for a leader who can help shape the future of our sport. The focus of this role is to create a series of programmes and activities to support the growth of the sport – to evolve our offering and to ensure our clubs are open to new ways of working.
Success will be seen by growth in membership and improved retention, whilst also measuring the engagement through our annual membership survey.
The Head of Development will help shape the future of the sport and will focus on developing the sport to meet the needs of our current and future members.
