Company Vice Chairperson - Executive Director and Board Member
To take up the position of Company Secretary as a paid Executive Director and active Board Member (an ex gratia payment of £2,500.00 per annum). The role will entail deputising for the Chair when unavailable and otherwise to take on the duties of a Board Member and Director.
