Performance Lifestyle

Our dedicated team of Performance Lifestyle advisors work with athletes to support their personal and professional development alongside their competitive sporting careers.

They support the nation’s high-performance athletes in developing the relevant skills to proactively manage and balance performance commitments with other activities and demands such as studies, work or family life.

Working collaboratively with Performance Directors, coaches, parents and fellow practitioners within the Sports Science and Medicine department, our approach is to minimise potential concerns, conflicts and distractions - all of which can be detrimental to both personal lives and performance.
