  4. Welsh Government announce change for outdoor exercise

The First Minister has today (Friday 29th January) eased restrictions slightly to allow two people to meet outdoors for exercise.

From Saturday 30th January, an individual will be able to meet one other person from another household, to exercise outdoors.

The exercise will need to take place locally - leaving from your own front door and returning to your own front door.

More to follow.

For information on exercise at home, see the Sport Wales #BeActiveWales campaign.

You should follow regulations at all times and #KeepWalesSafe
