Inclusive Leadership with Amanda Bennett, Fair Play Ltd

In this session Amanda explored the language and meaning of equality, diversity and inclusion. We build an understanding of how inequality and exclusion manifest themselves in organisations and explore inclusive leadership traits and behaviours.

Introduction to the Skills of Reflection with Sue Blight, First Ascent 

In this session, Sue shared some key reflection techniques and introduced how they can enhance your work performance as well as increasing your chances of achieving key life-goals. Sue introduced techniques that will stand you in good stead throughout your career. The techniques shared can also be applied as you attend the Learning Series events during May, to maximise your learning from our excellent speakers!

Time Out with Baroness Tanni Grey-Thompson

In this session, Sport Wales caught up with Baroness Tanni Grey-Thompson. Tanni spoke about her lockdown experiences. She spoke about the small changes and the significant shifts that are needed to make a difference to our emergence from the pandemic. At the end of the session, there was an opportunity for the audience to ask Tanni questions.
