Director and Board Member
To take up the position of an unpaid Director and active Board Member. The role will entail attending circa 6 number Board Meetings including the Annual General Meeting, plus being available for any necessary interim or extraordinary General Meetings that may arise from time to time; whereupon you will be asked to fulfil your duties in regard to our Rules, Bye Laws, Memorandum and Articles of Association.
