Company Secretary - Executive Director and Board Member
To take up the position of Company Secretary as a paid Executive Director and active Board Member (an ex gratia payment of £2,500.00 per annum). The role will entail attending circa 6 number Board Meetings including the Annual General Meeting, plus being available for any necessary interim or extraordinary General Meetings that may arise from time to time; whereupon you will be asked to fulfil your duties in regard to our Rules,Bye Laws, Memorandum and Articles of Association. As Company Secretary in addition to the roles and duties referred to above you will be expected to arrange and convene, take the minutes and circulate promptly thereafter the minutes of all Board Meetings whether Interim, Annual General, Extraordinary General or otherwise.
