Women and Girls Lead
We are looking for an inspiring and strategic leader to drive our vision for women and girls’ cricket – from grassroots participation right through to the talent pathway. You will lead a team of Women and Girls Development Officers, work with clubs, schools, and leagues, and create welcoming, visible, and sustainable opportunities for female players, coaches, officials, and volunteers.
If you are passionate about equality in sport, know how to bring people together, and have experience delivering participation growth, this role offers you the chance to revolutionise the future game for the next generation.
