World Champion middleweight boxer Lauren Price will get her first taste of the Olympic Games this summer. The current World Number 1 in her division, Lauren already has Commonwealth, World and European Gold medals under her belt so firmly has her sights on completing the set at Tokyo 2020.

A sporting all-rounder, Lauren has represented Wales at international level in football, amassing 52 caps and captaining her nation at Under 19’s. Lauren says her kickboxing helped her in her football career, being able to generate more power through the ball with her kicking. And again, she attributes the footwork skills in football to helping her with her boxing movement. Lauren even tried taekwondo but having to refrain from using her hands, it wasn’t for her.
